We do not disclose student records without written consent except as required by law or Maryland MVA certification requirements. Students and parents of minor students have the right to inspect, review, and request correction of education records.

We may share information with: the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) as required for program certification; payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing; and service providers who assist in operating our programs, bound by confidentiality obligations.
