We collect information you provide when enrolling, contacting us, or using our website, including: full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, mailing address, parent/guardian information (for minor students), payment information (processed securely through Stripe), and driving history relevant to enrollment eligibility.
We use your information to: process enrollment and payments; communicate about classes, schedules, and program updates; comply with Maryland MVA reporting requirements; issue completion certificates; respond to inquiries; and improve our programs and website.
Student education records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). We do not disclose student records without written consent except as required by law or Maryland MVA certification requirements. Students and parents of minor students have the right to inspect, review, and request correction of education records.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with: the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) as required for program certification; payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing; and service providers who assist in operating our programs, bound by confidentiality obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption for data transmission, secure storage systems, and restricted access to personal information. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
